Track is the story of a girl: Robyn Davidson, who embarks a journey through the deserts of Australia. Her love and passion is admirable and I feel like the journey she took was a way to find back herself. She traveled in 1977 and after her trip wrote a book about it. And only in 2013 it became motion picture which I happened to watch today on Jonny’s suggestion.
The movie is simple and wonderful, keeping everything very real. Now I wish to read her book. She spends months training camel which became her companion in the journey and her dog: Diggity. Her camels: Dookie, Bub, Zeleika and little Goliath
She shows strength and willingness to go for a journey everyone thinks isn’t possible for her to complete. She loses hope and regains her strength and finally reaches her destination.
I loved everything about the movie but I especially liked the concept that anyone can achieve great things. We are all born with great potential and we shouldn’t let anyone tell us differently.

Some of horrifying part of her journey one might say would be when her camels wander away or when she drops her compass. But I think it is when she loses hope! Hope gets us going without it we would die.
